Sansevieria (Tall, Short, Silver)

Sansevieria, is a genus of about 70 species of plants native to tropical and subtropical African and Asian regions. Commonly known as mother-in-law’s tongue, devil’s tongue, or snake plant. They have succulent looking spear like leaves that are often mottled with white, ranging from 20 cm to 2m tall, and form in dense clumps. For this reason, Sansevieria can look good mass planted for a dramatic effect

Description

Sansevieria is commonly displayed as a table, desk top or reception area feature plant. They can be grouped together and placed in planter troughs, on top of cabinetry or beside work stations to create privacy.  They can be used as a feature plant or focal point in freestanding floor planters, or used as a larger screen when grouped together in troughs.

Light requirements:

Areas with high amounts of natural light are ideal, but with tolerate medium to low light environments.
